You forgot the Neoplan JumboCruiser, which was/is an articulated, double-decker bus manufactured in Germany. 10+1 buses were built in total (the last one being a heavily redesigned model). The series failed to catch on due to their high prices, costing almost 2.5 times as much as a contemporary standard double decker bus. There were also several other articulated double-decker prototypes, however only Neoplan built a small series of these vehicles.
