Beergie:Probably because the sugar campaign did not start yet. The sugar factory only runs 3-4 months a year and not all year round. How they pick them up? Just search youtube for "Ropa Euromaus 3" and you will see :) This machine also cleans the beets up a bit, so the factory gets them in a tad cleaner. The trucks getting the beets to the factory also do not want to drive around with half loads and can have way more beets in one load. So it is more productive to go get the harvest in one go with a few trucks.:)
