Why do I have a feeling the four yes FOUR total chains holding the D11R to that trailer, didn't meet the minimum capacity of the DOT requirements!?!?

I thought that the one being hauled in to the job site was going to tip over rocking back and forth, and the one at the end where they are pushing the equipment against each other,

if that equipment was mine that would be two fired operators! Why does everything in Russia have to wind up getting stuck in the ice or a bog ?

D11R, beast and a half! Wishing I could have at least got chance to operate one n my lifetime. Must be quite the whore at full bore!!
