That is some of the nicest and most consistent sized gravel I've ever seen, looks like coal. I'm not sure how skilled the operator is, these conditions are not much of a test of skill, it's like a dream come true. Sub base is smooth and level, gravel is consistent size, I would feel like a cat in a sand box!
Dumping it in the middle is the best way to go but you got to have a dozer operator that knows what he's doing
