Also a great fire starter...This is why the equipment manufacturers don't talk about out fitting your trimmer edger with a brush blade. Larger professional brush trimers come with booklets that describe the fire dangers of steel blades. I started a grass fire and learned my lesson - nylon string ONLY!!!!
This blade cut 2 to 3 inch tres is good to do under brushing I underbrush many lots whit this tipe of blade
Here in New Zealand a circular saw blade attachment is pretty common place on scrub bars/line trimmers/ weedeaters
People in these comments going nuts about how "dangerous" this is. Compare the risk of this rig kicking back on you, with the blade a good 4' away, and a chainsaw kicking back on you, with the blade maybe 1' away and the pivot point that your hands make situated so the blade will kick back straight into your forehead. This is much safer than a chainsaw. Also if you're cutting limbs you're standing on the ground with this rig compared to maybe perched up on a ladder with a chainsaw?
Definitely what I am looking for to cut all the small trees I got ! Thanks for the test .. any recommendation in term of number of teeth ?
