First time I have ever seen anyone packing silage from the top down. Seems like a great plan to me. That 9900 on duals is really cool looking IMO
Good ole Sunnyside dairy…. Been there many many many times…. Great people… thank you for the video Josh
Good concept to push downhill, all the way around. first time to see that. Thanks for taking us along and great video format Josh
The ensiling process is only truly perfect when the materials are chopped to the right size, tightly compressed to remove as much air as possible, and completely sealed to create an anaerobic environment. Adding the proper amount of probiotics helps the fermentation happen faster and more steadily, preserving nutrients and that characteristic pleasant aroma. High-quality silage should have a bright yellow color, a mild sour scent, and soft fibers with no mold. When each step is done correctly, livestock will digest it well and deliver maximum productivity
In fs25 I use 9rx to pack silage thinking it’s unrealistic to use 600k machine for this but wow these guys have 4 quad trac machines packing in silage, crazy nice.
