We used that Jackery Solar set-up from 1 Jan - 1 May this year at our off grid property near Big Bend Texas. It worked great espcially since the sun shines 95% ;of the time there. We used it to keep all our 12V batteries charged and occasionally my wife powered her 110v sewing machine with it. Also used it's 110v to power our StarLink for phone & internet. The only issue was keeping the soalr panels anchored when it got very windy. Otherwise we loved it.

We've had it the same in the UK, wet when you want it dry, dry when you want it wet, it's been awful, cant remember the last good year we had.
