Phonginavalley:Felling a big old pine that had died.

Marti woodchip:Wow that was a big pine tree. Why did you guys cut it down?, only because it was dead?. The woodpeckers would have used it as a nesting tree for many years along with eating all of the insects which live in and on dead trees. Why cut it down?.

skippy1968:Not even a very big tree and couldn't u find a bigger saw lol I've cut 10-12 for butts old man pines with a 20" bar with a real saw Stihl 044

Dan J : Dropping a tree that size is twice as hard, and twice as dangerous as anybody thinks.
