I am amazed at anyone who can design a machine of any kind whether it’s making food or an automobile. I understand plumbing and electricity but mechanics is just beyond my understanding. I’m really impressed. Sometimes the machines went so fast it made me dizzy just to watch! Wow!

Production is on a large scale. More machinery less workers. It is important that there is also a population with good monetary liquidity to acquire the products. I have a concern, how are food products used, how, when they clean the machinery?
