Weave or swirl creates better penetration you may find your amps could be dropped a little. Ive not built a rocket stove but agree with others.
The pot is on the wrong end, updraft would be lost as the riser is affectively shorter and gas is coming back out. Put a flap to block the fuel feed.
With a slide gate you could create a throttle on the air inlet for cooking.
