My opinion is that also the trains should not cross the city or their tracks should be further away from the trafficked areas of any country
They never slow down or slow down in advance and that would avoid too many accidents and useless delays as well as loss of life.
And don't forget the operators or drivers or people behind the wheel how stupid they are and want to beat the train ... and that's where misfortunes come as well.

According to railway regulations the train drivers whoever crushes any vehicle on the railway track at the crossings are not legally to acuse him for any punishments. he is not acused or to charge any penalty. At this situation if the vehicles passes the railway crossing that guys has to face the tragedy and they are whom overruled the law, unless the signaling are not cleared to pass the railway crossing.

People seem to have either forgotten, or maybe never learned, the Dangers or Railroad Crossings!  Being a child of a Locomotive Engineer, I knew the dangers very young!  But I was also taught about them in "Driver's Ed" class!  Few High Schools even offer that class, today!  It's been eliminated because of it's cost, except that not having the class, is costing Lives and huge property losses!
