Beautiful job. With your skills you can make shifters for seasonal use. Any interest in making more?? I like T handles & pistol grips. Of course i stayed with the one from the factory.
Damn, at the lesson of labor they taught us first to grind the planer up to 8-sided, and then only into the machine.
I bet you could sell these easily. I think there would be a market for them, especially cars with unique shift patterns, like five speeds with reverse where first usually is, etc. You cold modify shift pattern easily for each buyer. And “hand made in USA” is a plus too!!
