Very cool vehicles, but i was honestly surprised at how little power the first two had. I've lived in North America long enough that it is common for family cars to have up to three times as much power.
I’m actually upset that none of the Japanese fire trucks got on this list. Yes, large over sized trucks are useful. We use Scania, Mercedes-Benz and Isuzu here in Australia for our trucks. No, our trucks are not over sized 8 wheel things like that Bulldog or Lion. But NOTHING will ever be as amazing to see than a Toyota Hiace van converted into a fire truck.
The Zapper: It's equipped with three hundred individually controlled cattle prods which are controlled by laser guided artificial intelligence and can penetrate vehicles. It's purpose, to allow Fire Fighters to get on site quicker.
I forgot what it was called, but I like that one that can go on the railroad, I like trains, so that makes the fire truck amazing
These are all very cool, but “can even move in snow!” is perhaps not the most impressive qualification I’ve ever heard for an emergency vehicle...
No E-one Titan HPR? Built in the Netherlands in 2003-2005. It was a project for the dutch airforce, dutch marine, airport Schiphol and flybase Eelde. A total of 35-40 trucks. I was part of the building team.
Although the body of the fire trucks are Rosenbauer from Austria, the L32 is a MB Atego. The only trucks who's actually a Rosenbauer, by means of, both truck and body, is the CFT and Panther, as they're entirely built by Rosenbauer them self, Vs. mounting a body on a frame. In my opinion, Rosenbauer is at top 5, when it comes to manufacture fire trucks. They have the ingenuity and skills, and puts their personal touch to their builds.
