Just a few miles out hauling corn silage back to the dairy. Typical load that grossed about 100,000 lbs. Pardon my bobble or two changing gears.
You can see that the gears don't want to let go for me. I'd forgotten to switch the differential lock back off when I got out of the muddy field because I was still soaking up the pleasure and completely mesmerized during my first experience of the Cadillac-like ride of a long hood.
To avoid monotony, I cut the video before I shifted into the big hole and grabbed the last two gears because the truck's got pretty tall gearing. It'll tach 1,300 RPM @ 65 in high gear. Anyway, I didn't check the inside of the door for the exact model year but the truck's an early-mid 90s. The flat dash, split window and modern Aerodyne bunk tells ya that much.
