Earthmoving machinery such as excavators, bulldozers, motor graders, wheel loaders, backhoes, trenchers, articulated dump trucks, scrapers, soil compactors, compact track loaders or skid steer loaders, construction machinery and mining machinery, industrial soil used in home construction or gold mining machines used in large-scale construction projects
Load Assist (optional) is designed to help reduce the learning curve for inexperienced operators to ensure material consistency and faster loading while reducing operator effort. Load Assist automatically adjusts cutting edge height to manage wheel slip based on machine speed and ensure consistent and efficient loading in bulk earthmoving applications.
Ground Speed Control sets the top speed requested by the operator if job site conditions or segment speed limits require less than full speed. Machine Speed Limit is designed for use when top speed needs to be limited for longer periods and Ground Speed Control is designed for use when top speed needs to be reduced for shorter segments or intermediate periods. The operator can set the desired maximum speed and will find the most suitable gear for the machine, engine and transmission.
Fuel Economy Mode is a two-part feature when selected. The first part of the feature lowers transmission shift points and allows shifting to occur at lower revs to help save fuel. The second part of the Fuel Economy Mode allows the machine to automatically change the power distribution between the tractor and the scraper when operating at engine speeds below full throttle.
The Load Estimator (optional) will calculate the machine load in tonnes or tonnes by measuring the cup lift cylinder pressures at the beginning of the loaded haul segment. This feature works best when using Sequence Assist. Using the Payload Estimator during testing achieved better than 95% accuracy compared to actual balance weights. The Load Estimator feature comes automatically when a machine is ordered with Sequence Assist.
Cat Grade Control (optional) intelligently ensures that the machine does not cut below quality in the cut area or overfill the fill area, thus preventing rework and moving unnecessary material.
