In this video I show how my water wheel works to produce power. This is my new wheel the old one had been beat up pretty good over the years, I made a few improvements to the design.
Comment: Jarrod Arrnett: If you could lower the wheel a little, you could probably add 3 alternators in parallel. Then with a larger 3-5-kw inverter, you could run a large fridge or maybe a dryer if you have large batteries. If you have your appliances on timers, then you could have a completely modern house...of course you could build your own generator with neodymium magnets and tune it for larger output. It is not gravity energy (really), it is solar with the water. Great idea and ingenuity of the good ol' redneck should never be underestimated...all of my ancestors were jus good ol' rednecks and that be one of the main reasons I be here today!
